CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Life gets busy, things come up. Cancellation and re-schedule of sessions is no problem. However, last minute cancellations and no shows make it difficult for me to manage my business, calendar and offer availability to all participants. Therefore, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will be subject to a $50 fee.

Refund Policy

A refund for session(s) paid for in advanced where the participant has not utilized the session may be refund within 1 year of purchase. For packages, refunds amounts will be determined on a prorated use of package price. After the expiration of one year from date of purchase, no refunds may be made. Completed sessions will not be refunded.
